Rules of the Applied Martial arts club are as follows.

All students should be respectful to each other at all times.

Safety equipment should be worn at all times when sparring.

It is essential students have their own gum shield and groin guard to take part in sparring and pad work. It students purchase their own punching mitts.

Jewellery should not be worn at any times whilst participating in classes.

Long hair should be tied back and fingernails should be kept neatly trimmed.

No food or chewing gum whilst inside the training area, students are encouraged to bring water and classes will include regular water breaks.

Applied Martial Arts instructors or staff will NOT be permitted to assist any children in using toilet facilities. All students are expected to be able to use these amenities themselves.

Any reports of bullying will be taken extremely seriously both inside and outside the club and will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
