Rules of the Applied Martial arts club are as follows.

• All students should be respectful to each other at all times.

• Safety equipment should be worn at all times when sparring.

• It is essential students have their own gum shield and groin guard to take part in sparring and pad work. It students purchase their own punching mitts.

• Jewellery should not be worn at any times whilst participating in classes.

• Long hair should be tied back and fingernails should be kept neatly trimmed. 

• No food or chewing gum whilst inside the training area, students are encouraged to bring water and classes will include regular water breaks.

• Applied Martial Arts instructors or staff will NOT be permitted to assist any children in using toilet facilities. All students are expected to be able to use these amenities themselves.

• Any reports of bullying will be taken extremely seriously both inside and outside the club and will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
